Dragon Ball has had many fusions but not females until Kefla in DBS. Well it seems she might not be the only one with as there is a fusion called Bulchi which is as you think a fusion of Chichi and Bulma. We don’t know the story of this pic or what it was /is supposed to be for. What we do know is that it is official. You can check it out below and wonder where we will see this next.
