The other day I told you guys about someone data mining Shadow Hearts and finding that Yoshiko Kawashima was meant to be playable but cut out. Well today Matsuzo Machida confirms that was the case.
“Nice to meet you, @ Dengarde. Yoshiko Kawashima originally had the idea of wanting to be a play character that can be manipulated, but changed it into a way of drawing to reconsider the life involved with the main character.”
Yoshiko does appear in the game but is not playable as the one who ordered Alice to be brought to Shanghai. She is killed off in a flash back once you are in Europe. She would reappear in Covenant as an ape working for Kato and it is there fans would get to player for a short time.
